Service Description

The Inner Child Healing session is a moment that we create for the little ''you'' inside of your pain to feel everything without judgement or resistance. As I lovingly hold space for your entire being to be held and supported, a deep healing process will be activated on all levels. Intentions set for this experience: ‣ Reprogram genetic memory & limiting belief systems ‣ Heal childhood wounds & birth trauma ‣ Dissolve your pain body & emotional armor ‣ Open Heart chakra to love, grief, forgiveness & peace ‣ Restore balance between giving & receiving ‣ Nourish your creative channels & playful flow ‣ Feel a deep sense of safety, nurturing energy and comfort ‣ Transform your connection to your inner child ‣ Trust your vulnerability & intuitive nature ‣ Develop a gentle space for your needs to be catered to This session includes: ‣ 1 X Personalized inner child inspired Spotify playlist to listen to while receiving Reiki (Optional) ‣ 1 X 15 minutes Zoom call PRE Reiki to establish a deeper connection, share additional information & set loving intentions before treatment ‣ 1 X 45 minutes remote Reiki ‣ 1 X Written report POST Reiki All Reiki sessions are now composed of a 15 minute zoom call + 45 min remote Reiki for a total of 1 hour. If your appointment is scheduled at 15:00 EST, we will start the call at 15:00 and end it at 15:15 . Your Reiki session will officially begin at 15:15. I will e-mail you a written report with insights, observations and messages I may have channeled throughout your session once completed. During our 15 minute call, it is safe for you to communicate any feelings, injuries, illnesses, wounds, fears, traumas, challenges, relationship imbalances, addictions and/or any discomfort that you would like Reiki to be channeled to during your session. * More than one session is recommended to achieve a desired outcome. * You will need a Zoom account to join the virtual meeting room on the day of your appointment. * All disclosed information will remain strictly confidential. * No refunds will be available following a session. * My services do not substitute professional, legal, medical or psychiatric advice.
