The intention for this type of circle is for the people at the heart of a transformative journey to feel supported and held by their trusted loved ones. These ceremonies often involve heart-centered rituals such as co-creating altars, pampering, energy cleansing, drinking cacao, breathwork, meditation, ecstatic dance, play, sound healing, manifestation, journaling, oracle cards pull, co-regulation through sharing stories and more... Here are a few examples of rites of passage: - First moon cycle and entering womanhood - Maiden to mother (Mother blessing) - Mother to crone (Menopause) - Graduations and other achievements - Trips around the Sun/birthdays - Bachelorettes and weddings - Anniversaries - Giving birth - Departure of a loved one - Moving to a new city/country - Cultural festivals and holidays - Seasonal cycles and Moon phases - Personalized rites of passage (tell me more about what inspires you!) As an experienced and passionate circles' facilitator, I would be delighted to be a part of your creative process by hosting a private activity, or the entire gathering itself.
